We will arrange a meet up time at the 10 Lane Ramp
When we meet at the 10 Lane Boat Ramp. You may load up your coolers and gear while we run down the rental contract and operations of the watercraft. There will be some instructions on how to get a hold of us prior to getting off the lake. If you have question or concerns please let us know at this point vs halfway through the day.
Our delivery crew has a very tight delivery schedule. We do charge late fees so please be on time. Communication is key we do not leave our warehouse until contact has been made the day of rental. We advise that the person in charge of the rental makes appoint to be there so we can get them out on the water, so if other passengers are running late. Passengers can always be picked up at the dock by the operator of the watercraft. This allows us to keep our promises.
Fill up at Scorpion Bay Marina or Lake Pleasant Marina
Pull up to the fueling station on the lake after calling or texting us your ready to start heading in. This will allow us to get into position for our meet time at the 10 Lane Dock.
When you pay our driver to refill you may ask them to charge your card on file or pay cash in hand to have them top the fuel off. If they charge card on file they will send you the purchase receipt via text or email. The reason for $8.00 per gallon is for their labor time involved in the process.
ALWAYS USE SAFETY WHEN REFILLING AT THE MARINA LOCATIONS. PLEASE HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DOING THIS OPTION
